Biokinetics is a medically recognized profession involving the management of effective exercise habits in order to improve one’s physical status and quality of life. A Biokineticist achieves this through an individualized assessment and exercise prescription in the dual context of clinical pathology (acute and chronic) and performance enhancement.

Sports Massage Therapy

The application of specific massage techniques to an athlete or individual with the purpose of enhancing the athlete’s/individuals preparation for, or recovery from, the physical demands of training or competition.

Pilates Class

We generally include exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength.


Our bootcamps mostly involve HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). Our HIIT routines involve bodyweight work, boxercise and added weight, such as kettlebells, medicine balls, or dumbbells, which will tone your muscles while spiking your heart rate. Our sessions will improve your endurance and your strength and help you get toned and shredded while having some fun.

Personal Training

We take a holistic approach to our PT sessions; we know that fitness isn’t just about going through the motions of a workout, it’s about having a healthy lifestyle and attitude. Our certified trainer's handhold and demonstrate all exercises and routines to our clients while assisting them to minimize injury and constantly monitor progress and performance. We go over and above by providing additional value through dietary requirements, sleep and breathing techniques.
